A slow moving low is forecast to track south along the California
coast, then move inland across southern Nevada Thursday. Showersare
possible along the Sierra Tuesday and Wednesday. The best chance for
rain and high elevation snow is Thursday across Mono and Mineral
Counties as the low moves inland. Snow levels may drop to 9000 feet
for the Reno-Tahoe area and may lower to 8000 feet across Mono County.
High temperatures across western Nevada will remain in the mid 60s and
low 70s, upper 50s to low 60s in the Sierra, and upper 20s to Mid 30s
for the High Sierra. Chances for showers will end by Friday as the low
