I have forms H14 and California Department of Consumer Affairs Legal
Guide LT-3 and my last email to you (Mr. Quinn) as water being turned
on and currently is working good and after review of Subject Matter
all is within the law and in such the 15 days request return is
Reprieve until if conditions change as to cover letter signed TW/js
date March 22 2013 one added note is concerning Hot water - I do have
a Key '(all keys are master to such lock(s) being used on property)'
and lock to the room where the water heater is and has been called a
"Laundry Room" but with drainage condition as such the Room is not
used as such without permission of the manager "Ryan" - and in such
use in the room is mainly storage and location of the water heater to
reset as needed and as such myself and Sumintra have agreement on how
to reset such as other instruction the manager Ryan knows as well -
again if conditions merit as to Legal Guide LT-3 warrent such timeline
is within Reprieve documents shall commence.
