I did not answer it as the number is displayed "Credit Help". I do
have a comment for those who are blasting the federal No Call List.
My phone is less than a week old. I had not registered on a no call
list. I'm getting calls. If after 31 days of being on the
register, Istill get calls, I will submit a complaint per the
instructions on www.donotcall.gov. The Feds cannot go after the
violators if theconsumer doesn't complain. So don't complain if you
haven't submitted a complaint with the No Call registry.
Another comment. Unfortunately, there are exemptions. This is
what is said on the no call list: "Placing your number on the
National Do Not CallRegistry will stop most telemarketing calls, but
not all. Because of limitations in the jurisdiction of the FTC and
FCC, calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities,
and telephone surveyors would still be permitted, as would calls from
companies with which you have an existing business relationship, or
those to whom you've provided express agreement in writing to receive
their calls. However, if youask a company with which you havean
existing business relationship to place your number on its own
do-not-call list, it must honor yourrequest. You should keep a
record of the date you make the request."

Jurisdiction of Community College Board of Trustees

connection with Supervisors were needed and developed the Community
College - Again with 2000 election cause Federal landmark back to
Counties and sperated Supervisors once again and placed the District
of Jr. College into Federal Jurisdiction and allows Governor
appointment of Vacancy to The College Trustee - A plaintiff has to
show the proffered reasons are so weak, implausible, inconsistent,
incoherent, or contradictory that a reasonable fact finder could
rationally find them unworthy of credence and hence infer the employer
did not act for the asserted non-discriminatory reasons. Id.
Plaintiffs typically show pretext in one of three ways: 1) evidence
the stated reason is false; 2) evidence the employer acted contrary to
an existing policy proscribing the action taken; or 3) evidence she
was treated more harshly than similarly situated employees who
violated work rules of comparable seriousness. Kendrick v. Penske
Transp. Services, Inc., 220 F.3d 1220, 1230-31 (10th Cir.2000). To
determine whether pretext has been shown, the facts must be examined
as they appeared to the persons making the employment decisions.
Salguero v. City of Clovis, 366 F.3d 1168, 1176 (10th Cir. 2004). "An
employer may reasonably prioritize trustworthiness over other
nondiscriminatory characteristics indetermining whether to discharge
an employee for misconduct."
