A training Method has been in place in The United States Navy since
World War II to assist in Battle on a number of Islands in The Pacific
in location of The Enemy at that time - as time went on The United
States Coast Guard used Dogs in Drug inspections at Airports during
the maxium 30 minute Plane change that later was tested in Federal
Court on Jurisdiction made in 11 minutes for arrest of a drug
Traffickers - and current is also used in many K9 units in Law
Enforcement - for the National Geography Wild to air Battle use of
Dogs outside Military and Law Enforcement is a enfringement of The
National Security of The United States by any Private group or outside
Contract of Government is illegal and such violates Code of proxy
Chelsea Clinton of Code Dog developed June 22 2011 for a training of
Dogs to be used in Judicial Jurisdiction - Military and Tax Base
