In October 2004, the company changed its name to Motricity and
announced the acquisition of Mobile2Day.de , a European mobilecontent

will work with operators, brands and creative agencies to deliver
merchandising, advertising and marketing services leveraging
predictive analytics technologies. Around that same time, Motricity
closed its Asian operations, a step that included the termination of
itsrelationship with Indonesian mobile operator XL Axiata, which
accounted for about 11 percent of Motricity revenues during the first
nine months of 2011.
