The Ship is Below the Buoy and further Westward still lacking a
Southwest fetch to support a position so far West of Florida and the
Wind Field still lacking Tropical Storm as noted by NHC - The Model of
AOCC and the Model showing a more Eastward bend is more in Surface
Station Reporting.
