CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO DROP INTO THE
30S AT MANY SITES AROUND THE REGION TONIGHT. LOCATIONS ON THE EASTSIDE
OF ANCHORAGE AS WELL AS THE WESTERN MATANUSKA VALLEY AROUND MEADOW
LAKES WILL BE THE COLDEST... WITH WIDESPREAD TEMPERATURES IN THE MID
30S. A FEW LOCATIONS INTHESE AREAS MAY EVEN BRIEFLY DROP AS LOW AS 32
DEGREES BEFORE WARMING RAPIDLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
THOSE WITH COLD SENSITIVE PLANTS OR ANIMALS... OR OTHER CONCERNS
RELATED TO FREEZING TEMPERATURES... SHOULD BEGIN PREPARATIONS NOW FOR
FREEZING OR NEAR-FREEZING TEMPERATURES. SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS MAY
