TO NEAR HURRICANE AS IT FEEDS IN THE GULF STREAM AND STABLE ATLANTIC
TROPICAL HIGH COVERING THE ATLANTIC TO NEAR 40 DEGREES NORTH TO 15
DEGREES NORTH TO 85 DEGREES WEST TO 50 DEGREES WEST ALLOW ANY SMALL
DEPRESSION INREASE TO A TROPICAL STORM AND INTO A HURRICANE IN A
