Due to the five year review since 2010 does hold off funding into research of The Yellow Leg Frog

The Federal Government does not allow hearing until the full study of
The Yellow Leg Frog is Completed and in such any pay that has been
used to promote such endanger list is turned over to The Inspector
General for Audit
Population location:U.S.A., all mountain yellow-legged frogs that
occur north of the TehachapiMountains in the Sierra Nevada
