CHP seeks help with so. Sacramento fatal hit and run

SACRAMENTO, CA - The California Highway Patrol is asking for help
finding the vehicle and driver who struck and killed a bicyclist on
Franklin Boulevard July 23.
Chue Her, 46, was riding his bike, crossing Franklin Boulevard at
41stAvenue at about 9:35 that Monday night when he was hit, said
Officer Michael Bradley. The vehicle that hithim was in the southbound
lanes and the driver fled, Bradley said.
Anyone who witnessed the hit and run was asked to contact the CHP at
(916) 861-1300or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357), or textin a tip
to 274637 (CRIMES). EnterSACTIP followed by the tip information.
Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for areward of up to
$1,000.
