The furthest Eastern Storm has now become a Low depression and
submerged itself - the Western Atlantic Storm has begin to bring
precipitation to Southeastern Florida and at times the Storm holds its
Tropical Storm personam together as noted on Long Key wind report -
the center of the Storm is near the Florida Straits and continue its
move to The North and little West into the Eastern Gulf toward the
Panhandle of Florida - a forshadow is in the advance wave near
Flanklin County Florida - Reports of Flooding is in low lying areas of
that part of The State - The overall view of The Wave and associated
Tropical Storm is to become more defined into a Hurricane and location
of the formation in Climate is near Southwestern Florida - The main
movement is more into warmer waters of The Gulf itself - reports show
mainly Northeast Winds with the South to Southwest winds about
Settlement Key and Heavy Rain in the Panhandle is the begining of a
break of the Tropical wave in favor of The Tropical Storm - as the
wave is drawn south the Storm near the Straits of Florida shall
enhance into a Hurricane - winds are currently near 50 miles per hour
- the report at Long Key is a non Thunderstorm wind meaning it is with
a larger air mass such as a Tropical influence - follow out the
reports of data for confirmation of Storm building blocks and note
temperatures of the Seas in upper 80's - near 90's such is its
interest - SHIP S 1200 20.70 -86.70 152 264 40 12.0 -
