benefits before 1999 and including to June 30 1999 go to The Veterans
Benefits Administration through the Office of Administration - After
June 30 1999 Hereafter ALL Services are Handled Through The Department
of Veterans Affairs and The Veteran Military Branch to age 35 years
old of day of Birth beyond that age; is then Transfered with The
Department of Veterans Affairs and The War Department. The Greatest
benefits for The United States is Longer Stay in The Military, older
age service entrance and no force retirement.
